Sylvért Shipping Policy

At Sylvért, each order is handled with the same care and precision that goes into the making of our garments. Once your item has been prepared at our UK distribution centre, it will be dispatched promptly and securely to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and shipped from our UK fulfilment facility.
  • Processing time is typically 3-4 business days, though during peak seasons or product launches, this may extend slightly, and more significantly if awaiting inventory restock.
  • The maximum processing time is 45 days allowing for supply chain delays due to geopolitical tensions in the regions of Ladakh and Kashmir. 
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Options & Timeframes

We offer the following delivery services within the UK and internationally:

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
  • UK Express Delivery: Next business day (orders placed before 1pm GMT)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and any external delays (e.g., courier network, customs checks).

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery address and service selected.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • These costs are not included in the item price or shipping fee charged at checkout.

Packaging

Every Sylvért order is carefully prepared using bespoke packaging designed to protect your garment while reflecting the elegance of our brand.

Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Sylvért cannot be held responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.
  • If a parcel is delayed or lost in transit, our client care team will assist in liaising with the courier to resolve the matter.
